LW87 SYSTEM
Pressure fluctuations beyond the maximum system operating pressure are reliably prevented by the fully automatic LW87 control and regulation unit. When selecting components such as the filter system, air cooling, safety valves and compressor, attention is paid to the highest quality.
QUALITY CONTROL
The continuous pressure and air volume measurement enables complete proof of the effectiveness of the cleaning during the entire cleaning process.
PROCESS
At a pumping station or other suitable location, air and water are introduced into the wastewater pressure line in a computer-controlled manner. The air-water-jetting LW87 is carried out at lower pressures than the operating pressure, with constant pressure without pressure fluctuations.
During the cleaning process, the pipeline is not subjected to any additional mechanical loads. Pumping operation can continue during cleaning almost without interrupting operation.
„Runtime”
The “Runtime” mode offers a wide range of cleaning programmes. Specific flushing algorithms are selected depending on the material, diameter, height difference and length of the wastewater pressure pipe.
In this way, the LW87 air-water-jetting system ensures the complete removal of loose parts and grease deposits from the pipe.
